Membership Terms
Post-Application Documents:
Upon purchase, Elle Beauty Lounge will need a copy of your Emirates ID or passport.
Membership Fees:
Each membership application must be accompanied by the full membership fees.
Membership fees vary depending on the type of membership being applied for.
Payment options include cash or credit card.
Application Review:
All membership applications will be carefully reviewed by our management team.
Membership Duration:
Your Elle Beauty Lounge membership is valid for one year, starting from the issuance of your membership card.
Memberships are renewable, and you can renew your membership up to 7 days before the expiration date.
To assist you, we will send a reminder one month before your membership expires.
Membership Termination:
Elle Beauty Lounge reserves the right to terminate a membership in the following situations:
Violation of Elle Beauty Lounge regulations.
Non-payment for services or products.
Cancellation and Termination:
In the event of membership cancellation, termination, or expiration, members will no longer have access to the privileges and benefits of the membership program.
Please note that Elle Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds for early cancellation or termination.
Missed Services and Membership Freeze:
Any service missed within the month cannot be transferred to any other month or individual.
Membership services are non-transferable to another person.
Members have the option to freeze their membership for a consecutive period of up to one month per year. The freeze must be requested in advance, and the one-month freeze limit applies regardless of the membership duration.
